Apparently Belgian-dance-producer Regi Penxten (Milk Inc) shouted Fuck dEUS in his reality-soap on Jim TV. Pinxten had just played a club in Chicago and was disappointed in the lack of interest of the Belgian press. He explains in Humo (and in Flair too) that he has no problem at all with dEUS, but he wanted to scream out his frustration about the Belgian press ignoring his succes outside Belgium.
Here's an small audio-interview with Tom in Leuven last week. Tom talks about art and the That's Blue-compilation.
You can start voting for the best Belgian song ever on the Radio 1-website. Last year dEUS had 5 songs in the 100 op 1-list. Since there are 10 dEUS-songs on the longlist this year, it's possible they score even better this year.
Het Depot (Leuven) is organising a couple of (free) evenings about the music industry. Two journalists will interview different key players in the industry. On December 18th you can catch up with Christian Pierre. More info over here.
BIG NEWS. The new album will be finished on December 10th. . It will be released in March 2008. And we might expect another dEUS-album in 2009.
In an interview with Veto Tom describes the new album as loud, eclectic and extravert. They will also tour the USA again, supporting bigger bands.
He also talks about his movieplans. Tom would like to have the scenario's for three movies finished within three years. He plans to start filming in 5 years.
Click here to see all items on the new album I've posted before.
Update: Jyves translated the interview for the non-dutch-speakers.
According to this (old) article from NRC one of the songs on the new album will be called Corruption. It's about daily corruption, the way people behave in relationships.

For those of you wandering if the ISR Community will ever live again: yes, it will. Vincent forwarded me an e-mail from Arthur. Arthur is currently reworking the community. A new version will be live within two weeks.
