I just checked Ticketone.it and it looks like tickets for the concert in Milan are already on sale since friday. Here's the direct link to the orderpage. Tickets for the Rome and Rimini concert will go on sale tomorrow.
By the way: Ticketone mentions september 9th as the release date of Pocket Revolution.
